I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, and I am unable to accommodate your appointment, the same cancellation policy will apply. When you put your credit card on file and book, you are accepting of this policy. If you are unable to find a time that can accommodate you, I do have after hours appointments available, but it changes from week to week, and is an additional $50. Please contact me for availability. No shows are subject to 100% of the booked service. If the card on file declines, you will not be able to schedule any future appointments until the fee is paid.
